Brittany and Craig Hastings met years ago at The Culinary Institute of America. Not too long ago, they married one another and set off to create unique culinary experiences under the title of Top Knotch Catering. Brittany serves as Catering Manager & Event Coordinator while Craig is the Chef & Owner.
